Inspired by Kagoshima – the homeland of the renowned Satsuma Gyu 4% Miracle – UshinoKura proudly presents its new Kaiseki Course, crafted as a tribute to the richness of this land of Japan.

New Kaiseki Course

Officially available from October 15th, 2025, this menu embodies the spirit of Kagoshima not only through ingredients but also through its presentation.

Bringing the soul of Kagoshima to Hanoi, the new course features Kamimura Wagyu as its centerpiece, paired with salt, soy sauce, and other local seasonings carefully sourced from the region to preserve their authentic character.

Meticulous attention to detail is further reflected in the use of “kago” (籠) – traditional bamboo baskets from Kagoshima – creating a harmony between rustic charm and the aesthetics of Japanese culinary artistry.

From elegant appetizers and signature Wagyu dishes to seasonal selections and desserts rooted in Japanese philosophy of taste, each course offers a complete journey, guiding the palate through refined yet profound layers of flavor.

This new Kaiseki Course is more than a meal — it is a story of Kagoshima, of treasured ingredients, and of the art of Wagyu cuisine told through the unique perspective of UshinoKura.
